The biggest surprise in celebrities children book is this one by Prince Charles. Prince Charles wrote 2 books for children. Not a very known fact. The first one was in 1991, way before celebrities jumped on the celebrity books for children band wagon.

This book tells the adventure of an old man who lives in a cave by the Loch of Lochnagar. It is filled with such characters as a grouse who repels visitors, underwater haggis who revolve as they swim, the miniature green people of Gorm, and the birds and fishes who live in the skies and lochs around Balmoral.

I'll never forget receiving this nonsense book written by Prince Charles. I read it and read it and had it read to me over and over again. It still has a spot on my formal bookcase in the living room.
The book was made into an animated short film by the BBC, The book was also adapted into a musical stage play in 1986
